Abydosaurus limping

Description

Almost indistinguishable from Brachiosaurus, but living an age apart, a testiment to the astounding biological success of Brachiosaurids (and probably a direct descendant of Brachiosaurus itself, at that)
Brachiosaurids are also primitive Titanosauriforms, which - again - points to their overall success, as they would go on to flourish during the rest of the Cretaceous

This one, however, is hanging by a thread. A broken front leg, swollen right above the wrist, will put enormous strain on its healthy leg, it will slow it down, and cause a lot of stress on the whole animal. However, bones do heal. The reason they heal is evolutionary mechanism self-rewarding with survival and perpetuation of these genes. With some luck, Abydosaurus will recover completely.
